Role Summary

We are hiring a full-time HR Recruiter and Administrator for an on-site position in Doha. This role covers the complete recruitment cycle, from identifying talent and running interviews to arranging assessments and supporting onboarding. In parallel, the position handles essential HR administration, including employee file management, drafting contracts, preparing HR documents, and assisting with payroll and benefits coordination.

Key Duties

On a day-to-day basis, the role involves keeping HR systems and records updated, addressing employee questions, partnering with department heads on workforce requirements, and helping ensure HR procedures are consistently applied. The successful candidate will contribute to a respectful and inclusive workplace culture that reflects Society Qatar’s values of community, wellness, and performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in recruitment work such as sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, and supporting onboarding.
  • Practical HR administration experience, including maintaining employee records, preparing employment contracts, and handling HR paperwork.
  • Comfort using HR software and standard office applications for data entry, reporting, and communication.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to work well with candidates, employees, and managers.
  • Good organization and time management skills to manage several hiring and administrative priorities at once.
  • Working knowledge of HR practices and basic labor rules relevant to Qatar or the surrounding region.
  • Prior exposure to HR, recruitment, or people operations in hospitality, service, fitness, or wellness settings is an advantage.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • A commitment to maintaining an inclusive, respectful, and non-discriminatory workplace.

Additional Information

This role is based in Doha and requires in-office presence. The position combines both recruitment and administrative HR responsibilities within a community-focused organization.
