Role Overview

We are seeking Clinical Raters and Senior Clinical Raters to ensure the accuracy and dependability of endpoint data collected during CNS clinical trial visits. These positions are part of the Clinical Science team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and independent manual reviews of recorded clinical trial interviews and scale assessments to verify scoring precision, interview quality, and compliance with protocol.
• Document review outcomes clearly, including scoring rationale and plans for site interventions consistent with protocol standards.
• For Senior Clinical Raters: Engage in clinical decision-making about site performance, analyze rater behavior patterns, and manage site-targeted interventions and rater remediation directly.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience as a Clinical Rater, Central Rater, or Secondary Reviewer in CNS clinical trials such as Psychiatry or Neurology.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong foundation in clinical data analysis, quality control, or quality assurance processes within clinical trials.
• Proven capability to interpret rater performance metrics, support clinical decisions, and lead site intervention efforts constructively.

Compensation

The pay range for this role spans from $150 to $250.
