Role Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one telehealth and/or onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy-like consultations providing general guidance (non-treatment).
• Deliver Critical Incident Stress Programme sessions virtually or onsite as required.
• Optionally facilitate webinars and in-person seminars.
• Support workforce wellbeing, stress management, and resilience building.
• Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to enhance EAP offerings.

Candidate Requirements

For Counsellors:

• Master’s degree in Counselling.
• Current registration or membership with the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC).

For Clinical Psychologists:

• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from an APAC-accredited institution.
• General registration with the New Zealand Psychologists Board under the HPCA Act.
• Possession or progression towards Area of Practice Endorsement in Clinical Psychology preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Experience providing coaching or advisory services to managers or HR teams.
• Background in workplace counselling or EAP services.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
• Ability to attend occasional onsite sessions.
