Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in delivering evidence-based therapies, with a specific emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), alongside expertise in neuropsychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. Strong skills in report writing are essential.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create and apply personalized treatment plans focusing on evidence-based interventions, especially CBT.
- Conduct individual, couples, and group therapy sessions both face-to-face and through virtual platforms.
- Perform neuropsychological evaluations covering ADHD, learning difficulties, dyslexia, and similar conditions.
- Engage in team meetings and support efforts to develop and enhance service quality.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to design and execute client-centered treatment approaches.
- Coordinate with a 24/7 helpline team to manage client risk, ensure safety during crisis situations, and provide urgent interventions.
- Maintain detailed and current client documentation aligned with professional and legal requirements.
- Commit to clinic hours Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 9 PM, including two evening shifts per week (1 PM to 9 PM) and two Saturdays per month from 10 AM to 2 PM on a rotating schedule.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology.
- Minimum of three years post-graduate clinical experience, ideally within a mental health environment.
- Proven capability in facilitating individual and group therapy sessions.
- Experience in organizing and delivering online seminars via diverse web platforms with engaging content creation.
- Skillful in handling and managing crisis situations effectively.
- Expertise in administering psychological assessments.
- Strong knowledge and application of evidence-based treatments, with CBT as a primary approach.
- Registered or eligible for registration with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Availability to conduct in-person sessions at our office or associated client locations.
- Preferred: Experience in offering clinical supervision to mental health practitioners.
