Join our retail team as a Client Advisor where you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the store's overall performance. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patrons, encourage sales, and ensure an enjoyable shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide detailed product knowledge and consult clients in-store.
• Identify and understand customer preferences to suggest suitable products or services.
• Exhibit comprehensive understanding of product features, advantages, and uses.
• Develop and maintain a customer database, with emphasis on following up with VIP clients.
• Keep the store tidy and organized, including stock replenishment and merchandising.
• Accurately process sales transactions using the POS system, managing various payment methods.
• Handle customer questions, issues, and complaints professionally and swiftly, seeking management support when needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales goals and boost the store's success.
• Stay informed on ongoing promotions, campaigns, and new product releases to inform customers effectively.
• Engage in continuous training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Oversee after-sales service management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Previous experience in luxury retail, particularly with watches and jewelry, focusing on VIP customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic setting.
• Basic numerical skills and proficient use of POS systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive mindset, self-driven, and cooperative team contributor.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are advantageous.
