Cleaner / Custodian - Day Shift

Overview

Join Uline at their Toronto Branch in Milton, ON, as a Day Shift Cleaner / Custodian. This role contributes to maintaining pristine warehouse environments, landscaped grounds, and overall facility cleanliness, supporting quality product and service delivery.

Shift Details

• Available shifts: 7 AM to 3:30 PM or 10:30 AM to 7 PM
• Workdays: Monday to Friday, no overnight shifts involved

Key Responsibilities

• Perform sweeping, mopping, and dusting of racks and various building areas including yard maintenance
• Handle trash and corrugated scrap removal utilizing a compactor
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms
• Operate cleaning machinery such as electric or propane floor scrubbers
• Set up and clean employee workstations
• Support meeting area setup and teardown as required
• Provide general labor and cleaning support aligning with operational needs

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
• Prior janitorial or cleaning experience is mandatory
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• Physical capability to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds

Compensation and Benefits
