- Guide cross-functional teams spanning product, data science, engineering, research, and analytics to build scalable intelligence solutions.
- Oversee enterprise transformation programs, including the rollout of AI-powered tools and new operating models.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align intelligence capabilities with long-term commercial and strategic objectives.
Candidate profile
- Proven senior leadership experience building and scaling multi-disciplinary teams across product, data science, engineering, analytics, and research.
- Track record of owning P&L at scale, preferably at $50M+ level, with evidence of revenue growth and operational improvement.
- Deep knowledge of AI transformation, analytics, and technology-driven business model innovation.
- History of turning data, intelligence, and emerging technologies into scalable commercial offerings.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation in AI, data, or digital innovation settings.
- Strong understanding of how AI and data insights can be embedded in consulting, advisory, or professional services environments.
- Executive communication skills with the ability to influence CEOs and other senior stakeholders.
- Ability to anticipate market shifts and shape forward-looking technology and product strategies.
- Entrepreneurial leadership style with experience creating high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Industry visibility or recognized thought leadership in AI, analytics, intelligence, or product innovation is strongly preferred.
