Job description

About Enterpret

Enterpret is developing a unified platform that consolidates customer feedback from diverse channels into a single, structured, real-time source of truth. This empowers leading product development teams globally to genuinely understand customer needs. The company tackles advanced challenges in natural language processing, serverless computing, and analytics, innovating through first-principle thinking.

Supported by prominent investors such as Peak XV, Canaan Partners, and Kleiner Perkins, Enterpret serves renowned clients including Notion, Canva, ElevenLabs, Apollo, Flow, Descript, Samsung, Western Union, Fanatics, Atlassian, Ancestry, and The Farmer's Dog. The company values resourcefulness, thriving amid ambiguity, and strong ownership.

Role Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and founding team as their trusted extension—representing the CEO in meetings they cannot attend, making decisions on their behalf, and translating founder intentions into defined projects with assigned owners, clear deadlines, and follow-up.
  • Manage the CEO's priorities by filtering what requires their direct attention and handling less critical matters independently; prepare the CEO for board meetings, investor discussions, and critical decisions.
  • Oversee finance-related operational tasks including vendor management, budget monitoring, cash-conscious prioritization, and analysis to support CEO decision-making.
  • Coordinate the company’s operational cadence, from leadership meetings to weekly business reviews and planning cycles, by setting agendas, highlighting key data, and ensuring decisions are tracked and executed.
  • Take ownership of complex operational initiatives spanning people, process, finance, and vendor workflows to alleviate the CEO’s workload.
  • Develop analytical reports and strategic narratives such as initial strategy memos, board/investor presentations, and company-wide communications informed by both proprietary and external data.
  • Integrate AI technologies into daily workflows for research, drafting, modeling, and automation, while promoting AI adoption across the leadership team during company growth.
  • Engage in initial sales calls to gain firsthand understanding of the ideal customer profile, their challenges, and Enterpret’s competitive advantages, forming conviction on strategies to increase annual recurring revenue (ARR).
  • Step in as a temporary lead on top-priority cross-functional challenges, working collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to bridge gaps between strategy and execution.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in high-impact roles such as startup operations, management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or strategy/business operations, with a history of managing ambiguous, mission-critical projects end-to-end.
  • Experience operating in early-stage startups is highly preferred; previous founder experience is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently expand and define your scope: turning undefined problems into established systems, decisions, or outcomes relied upon by the team.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with fluency in data, spreadsheets, modeling, and a native proficiency with AI tools to enhance productivity and insight depth.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting clear memos and confidently representing the CEO in various settings.
  • Commercial acumen with a customer-oriented mindset; willingness to participate in sales calls, rapidly learn the product, and develop conviction from market insights.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration and the ability to gain trust and influence without formal authority.
  • Passion for cultivating company culture through consistent rituals, operational cadence, proactive communication, and thorough follow-through.
  • High personal accountability, sound judgment handling sensitive information, and enthusiasm for the dynamic, varied nature of startup environments where priorities can shift regularly.

Why Join Enterpret?

  • Make a significant impact working directly with the CEO on strategic decisions that shape company growth and ARR.
  • Experience full ownership of initiatives with clear responsibility for outcomes.
  • Address complex and varied challenges spanning strategy, operations, go-to-market, and analytics.
  • Growth opportunities into functional leadership roles, as demonstrated by previous occupants of this position.
  • Collaborative, open, and value-centered culture that promotes autonomy.
  • Competitive salary, equity participation, hybrid work options, premium healthcare benefits, and more.
