Role Overview

Joining as Chief of Staff, you will collaborate closely with the Head of People, Christian. This role grants you comprehensive ownership over various responsibilities and independent project execution. Your tasks range from recruiting and headhunting to HR functions, alongside contributing strategically to the entire division.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage entire recruitment cycles, including candidate sourcing, creating evaluation scorecards, conducting interviews, and close coordination with different teams.
• Design and implement nationwide recruiting and HR systems essential for scaling beyond 1,000 employees, ensuring their successful rollout and operation.
• Oversee budgets reaching high five figures, identify innovative tools, and manage procurement processes end-to-end.
• Engage with company CEOs to address personnel matters and refine HR processes across all our enterprises in Germany.

Requirements

• Fluency in German at a C2 level and a solid command of English are mandatory.
• Willingness to work onsite at our Prenzlauer Berg office in Berlin.
• Strong sense of autonomy and responsibility, typical for individuals with experience in entrepreneurship or competitive sports.
• Exceptional communication skills with a preference for frequent and direct interactions.
• A very ambitious mindset; average performance in People functions leads to average company results, and we aim higher.
