Role Overview
We seek a Chief of Staff to support Dr. Monda Ghias, the Chief Medical Officer & Founder, in New York City (DUMBO, Brooklyn). - Experience as an academic medical center department administrator is advantageous.
Personal Attributes
- Maintains integrity and earns trust as a reliable confidant, adept at handling confidential information.
- Highly organized, capable of managing demanding schedules, and adept at prioritizing to ensure thorough follow-through.
- Exhibits a startup mindset characterized by positivity, curiosity, adaptability, and a drive to make meaningful contributions in a fast-moving environment.
- Has a proactive bias toward action comfortable with ambiguity and urgency, willing to engage hands-on to address challenges.
