Role Overview

This position is based in the CEO's Office and entails working closely with Beam's founder to lead the organization's most critical initiatives. Operating at the intersection of strategy, AI, and business operations, you will collaborate with senior leaders to translate ideas into actionable results, advancing the company rapidly in a dynamic, ownership-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the CEO to spearhead Beam’s most vital strategic and operational projects.
• Lead multifaceted initiatives end-to-end, coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct research and analysis to support informed decision-making, providing clear, actionable recommendations.
• Develop presentations and materials tailored for leadership, client, and investor interactions.
• Work cross-functionally to maintain alignment and eliminate obstacles that hinder execution.
• Enhance internal workflows by leveraging AI to accelerate processes and maximize efficiency.
• Proactively address ambiguous or pressing challenges, owning them through resolution.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in high-velocity settings such as startups, elite strategy consultancies, investment banking, founders’ offices, or business operations teams.
• Strong analytical abilities and structured approach to problem-solving.
• Track record of managing projects from conceptualization to implementation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Comfort operating across various departments and disciplines.
• Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, uncertain environments.
• Demonstrable ownership mindset with urgency to act.
• Experience as an AI-native user, regularly applying AI tools to optimize work processes.

Desirable Qualifications

• Prior collaboration with founders or senior executives.
• Background in AI, automation, or B2B SaaS environments.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents or workflow automation systems.
• Familiarity with productivity and AI platforms such as Notion, OpenAI, Perplexity, Replit, n8n, and Make.
• Experience in roles like Founder’s Office, Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations, or Business Operations.
