Team and Role Overview

You will join a pioneering venture initiative led by Beam's founder with a focus on leveraging AI and automation to detect, validate, and resolve major business challenges across several companies. This role involves working at the crossroads of entrepreneurship, AI, and operational management. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders to transform innovative ideas into scalable AI-driven solutions. Our environment values agility, experimentation, and proactive execution in a small team with significant autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic new projects from business concept to product launch, including go-to-market planning and execution.
• Identify significant business opportunities where AI and automation can add tangible value.
• Manage projects end-to-end, overseeing stakeholder coordination and delivery.
• Design and implement AI and automation solutions that align with business objectives.
• Build and deploy AI agents and workflow automation utilizing state-of-the-art AI platforms and tools.
• Engage with cross-functional teams such as Go-To-Market, Engineering, Business Development, and Solutions Engineering ensuring smooth execution of new initiatives.
• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and propose innovative use cases.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology startup, leading strategy consulting firm, investment banking, or related sectors.
• Strong analytical capabilities paired with structured problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record managing projects from ideation through to successful completion.
• Deep interest in AI, automation, and the latest technology trends.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in managing diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ability to operate effectively across multiple departments and disciplines.
• Self-driven, comfortable working independently in rapid, ambiguous settings.
• Possess a strong ownership mindset and a bias toward taking action.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience creating AI agents or automations.
• Familiarity with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Relevance AI, Lindy, or equivalents.
• Experience with prompt engineering or applications powered by large language models (LLMs).
• Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and API integration.
• Previous roles in founder offices, startups, venture studios, or innovation positions.
