Role Overview

This role is positioned within the CEO's Office, working closely alongside Beam’s founder to focus on the company’s top-priority projects.

Operating at the intersection of strategy, AI, and operations, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to transform ideas into action and accelerate Beam’s key initiatives. The role requires high ownership, agility, sharp judgment, and execution speed in a flat organizational structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO on strategic and operational initiatives critical to Beam's success.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-departmental projects from conception through completion, ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely delivery.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support leadership decisions, presenting clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare detailed presentations and briefing materials for executive, customer, and investor engagements.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to foster alignment and resolve roadblocks in project execution.
  • Drive process improvements and leverage AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Address ambiguous or urgent challenges by taking full ownership until resolved.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience working in rapid-growth settings such as startups, top consulting firms, investment banks, founder offices, or business operations roles.
  • Strong analytical abilities paired with methodical problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of managing projects from ideation through execution.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Comfortable navigating diverse functions and disciplines within an organization.
  • Ability to independently drive work in dynamic, uncertain environments.
  • A strong sense of ownership and proactive action orientation.
  • Proficient in AI cultural mindset and actively utilizing AI tools to augment work processes.

Preferred Additional Experience

  • Direct collaboration experience with founders or senior leadership teams.
  • Background in AI, automation, or B2B SaaS industries.
  • Experience developing AI agents or workflow automation solutions.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Notion, OpenAI, Perplexity, Replit, n8n, Make, or equivalents.
  • Previous roles in founder’s office, chief of staff, strategy & operations, or business operations functions.

Not Ideal if

  • You prefer roles with narrowly defined responsibilities rather than broad, multi-faceted ownership.
  • You favor executing pre-existing strategies instead of shaping new frameworks.
  • You prefer to work within a single functional area rather than cross-disciplinary collaboration.
  • AI tools are not currently integral to your problem-solving or productivity methods.
