Role Overview

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to senior executives at an investment firm, focusing on critical initiatives, strategic planning, and fostering business growth. In this pivotal role, you will support leadership by overseeing a variety of projects and spearheading the evaluation and rollout of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with senior leadership as a trusted advisor and representative.
• Lead strategic initiatives from initial concept through full execution.
• Conduct extensive business analysis, financial modeling, and market research to guide decision-making.
• Manage cross-functional projects engaging both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assess, design, and implement new business ventures.
• Prepare high-level presentations, investment documentation, and strategic recommendations for executives.
• Support recruitment efforts and organizational planning for emerging projects.
• Enhance operational processes, communication channels, and overall business efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 10 years in consulting, financial services (private equity, venture capital), or strategic operational roles.
• MBA degree required.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analytical evaluation.
• Experience collaborating with founders, executives, or investment professionals.
• Proven ability to lead high-impact projects within fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated sound judgment, discretion, and executive presence to function as an extension of leadership.

Additional Information
