About the Role
A life sciences organization is looking for an Executive Assistant to offer essential support to senior leaders and assist with significant corporate projects. The position provides close interaction with executive decision-makers, board activities, investor relations, and corporate communications in a rapidly evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver extensive administrative support to senior executives and leadership team members.
- Manage intricate calendars, meetings, and fluctuating priorities involving various internal and external parties.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel plans, including itineraries and expense submissions.
- Support board functions and prepare executive briefing documents.
- Organize investor meetings, conferences, and important external events.
- Maintain corporate and investor communication materials, databases, and website content.
- Create polished presentations, reports, and branded materials for executive and shareholder audiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in executive or administrative assistance within a fast-paced professional environment.
- Background in life sciences, healthcare, biotechnology, or other rapidly growing sectors is preferred.
- Outstanding organizational abilities capable of managing multiple competing tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with a keen eye for detail.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and independently resolve issues.
