Vice President of Human Resources

Position Overview

Join a rapidly expanding, technology-centric organization as the Vice President of Human Resources responsible for guiding and expanding the HR department during a pivotal growth period. This leadership role requires a dynamic player-coach who will lead HR strategy while actively engaging in recruiting, talent management, and daily operations. As the senior HR executive onsite, you will collaborate closely with executive leadership.

Key Duties

• Oversee and streamline the entire recruiting cycle, emphasizing the development of strong candidate pipelines for essential business roles
• Manage and improve systems for performance evaluations, compensation reviews, and promotions
• Design and advance training and development programs for management-level employees
• Lead HR operational functions including compliance, system management, and initiatives to boost employee involvement
• Act as a culture ambassador to foster a high-achieving, dynamic workplace atmosphere
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure HR strategies support business expansion goals

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of progressively responsible HR experience with supervisory roles
• Proven expertise in recruiting and talent acquisition, especially in sales and/or technical domains
• Experience in establishing or enhancing performance management and compensation frameworks
• Ability to function as a hands-on leader within a lean, fast-growing environment
• Tech-savvy mindset with an interest in applying AI and technology solutions for operational effectiveness
• Prior work in high-growth, entrepreneurial, or fast-paced company settings is preferred
