Job description
About the Company
The organisation builds the core infrastructure that allows developers to create and run AI-enabled applications. Its platform brings together multiple external tools and services through one unified interface, making it easier to connect, manage, and expand AI workflows without the complexity of juggling several providers. The solution is aimed at businesses that rely on AI and cloud-based services.
Role Overview
The Chief of Staff will work closely with the leadership team to convert business priorities into executable plans, coordinate major cross-functional efforts, strengthen operating systems, and help drive strategic growth. This role combines strategy, operations, investor support, and project leadership in a fast-scaling environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate leadership priorities into practical execution plans and keep cross-functional initiatives moving toward key business goals.
- Design and improve operating processes that support finance, compliance, governance, people, and wider business operations.
- Contribute to commercial expansion by sharpening customer targeting, handling strategic partnerships, and feeding customer insights back into product and market decisions.
- Create materials for executives, the board, and investors, while helping with fundraising, strategic planning, and other high-impact initiatives.
- Launch new business functions as the company grows, including recruiting and guiding teams until long-term leaders take over.
- Own important cross-functional projects and maintain accountability, execution quality, and operational discipline across the business.
Candidate Profile
- Typically 8–10+ years of experience in a senior position spanning operations, strategy, product, technology, or programme leadership within a scaling or high-growth company.
- Strong understanding of both commercial and technical topics, with the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.
- Proven track record of creating scalable functions and operating frameworks in areas such as finance, governance, compliance, and people operations.
- Experience supporting fundraising, board updates, financial planning, investor communication, or other investment-related work.
- Ability to build strong teams, lead mission-critical initiatives, and adapt quickly as priorities change.
- A process-oriented, systems-first approach that uses automation, AI, and continuous improvement to solve operational problems and support growth.
- Must be a full US citizen or residency holder.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a competitive salary and a benefits package.
