About the Role
Hirewell is assisting a rapidly expanding national Commercial Real Estate firm in finding a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). This executive will spearhead all marketing strategies and initiatives across multiple channels.
Role Overview
The Chief Marketing Officer will lead the development, management, and execution of the firm's marketing and advertising plans. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position plays a crucial role in driving company growth by increasing revenue through effective marketing efforts. The responsibilities encompass market research, pricing strategies, product marketing, communications, advertising, and public relations. Additionally, this role extends to managing sales, cultivating new business opportunities, product development, overseeing distribution channels, and ensuring excellent customer service. The CMO will make sure that the firm’s messaging reaches the right audiences through diverse channels to achieve sales targets.
Educational and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Preferred: advanced degree in marketing or business administration (MBA)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in leadership positions

Daily Functions
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets consistent with organizational goals
- Plan promotional campaigns including coupons, giveaways, and contests to generate interest in products or services
- Conduct market research to gain insight into customer preferences and market trends
- Analyze research findings to identify target customers and develop competitive pricing strategies
