Job description
About the Role
Hirewell is conducting the search for a Director of Digital Marketing at a leading Commercial Real Estate firm, located in Philadelphia or Tampa. This executive position is responsible for spearheading brand and marketing efforts across all digital, print, and physical platforms. The role demands ensuring all signage, online presence, and promotional materials reflect the brand's identity with superior design, clarity, and effectiveness. This position requires a combination of creative leadership, operational execution, and collaborative engagement to enhance brand awareness and business growth. Notably, it is a hands-on SEO role, expecting direct involvement in crafting SEO strategies, content planning, on-page optimizations, technical problem-solving, and driving organic traffic increases, beyond merely managing vendors or reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enforce consistent branding across marketing collateral, signage, digital content, and external communications.
- Supervise website design, content quality, and user experience to ensure alignment with brand standards and enhance visitor engagement.
- Manage diverse marketing demands including property-specific campaigns, investor communications, pitch presentations, third-party collaborations, and cohesive branding across all outlets.
- Facilitate cross-departmental alignment towards strategic marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with operations and leasing teams to produce marketing assets that support occupancy and business targets.
- Execute digital marketing strategies by integrating SEO, PPC, and social media initiatives.
- Take charge of marketing initiatives relating to facility launches, including associated signage, brochures, and community outreach.
- Partner closely with internal teams and external agencies—such as web developers, designers, and marketing vendors—to deliver project goals on time and within budget.
- Create marketing collateral and sales materials that align with corporate goals and uphold brand guidelines.
- Oversee production schedules, budgets, and vendor coordination for print and digital marketing assets.
- Audit marketing materials and signage regularly to preserve consistency and high standards across all properties.
- Act as the organization's brand guardian, educating internal stakeholders on brand usage, and maintaining a comprehensive brand standards guide.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise managing brand standards across multiple marketing channels, including both physical and digital assets.
- Advanced knowledge of website best practices, design principles, and user experience concepts.
- Excellent project management capabilities and strong communication skills to handle several initiatives concurrently.
