About the Role
Under the guidance of the Chairman and Board of Directors and in compliance with UAE laws, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will hold complete strategic, financial, and operational responsibility for Servco Facility Management. The CEO will provide executive leadership aimed at achieving sustainable business growth, expanding market presence, ensuring financial profitability, and maintaining world-class service standards throughout the company's portfolio.
This leadership role includes integrating efforts in strategy development, financial oversight, operations management, business development, and technology advancement—including management of Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) platforms—to maximize asset performance, optimize core activities, and enhance tenant and property owner satisfaction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term corporate strategies, vision, and growth plans aligned with the Board’s priorities and market conditions.
- Act as the chief communication link with the Chairman and Board by providing comprehensive performance reports, risk analyses, financial forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE corporate legislation, labor laws, health, safety, and environmental standards, and internal governance policies.
- Hold complete ownership of the enterprise-wide profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and operational budgets, steering revenue generation, EBITDA enhancement, and cost control measures.
- Lead capital expenditure decisions, financial planning, and pricing strategy formulation for facility management services and technology implementation.
- Continuously monitor and report financial outcomes and Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance across all managed assets.
- Promote commercial growth by pursuing new market opportunities, securing significant key accounts, and expanding value-added service offerings in both hard and soft FM sectors.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with real estate developers, property management firms, essential service vendors, and government entities to leverage competitive pricing and increase market share.
- Drive market research initiatives to identify and adopt emerging technologies, sustainable green building methods, and intelligent building systems to position the company as a market leader.
- Direct operational management by supervising executive leaders, including the COO, General Manager, and Technical Directors, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to operational procedures across all sites.
- Champion the digital transformation via oversight of company-wide CAFM system deployment to enable automation, increase data visibility, and support predictive maintenance functions.
- Lead Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives, establishing a robust culture of safety and emergency readiness covering incidents like fire, flooding, and operational risks.
- Develop executive teams through mentorship fostering accountability, excellence, and continuous operational improvement.
- Act as the ultimate escalation point for significant client issues, ensuring prompt resolution and ongoing programs driving tenant and stakeholder satisfaction.
