Role Overview
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for steering overall strategic direction, long-term vision, and operational effectiveness of the real estate credit advisory enterprise. This leadership role involves business development, managing critical client and capital partner relations, and pioneering growth initiatives based in Abuja while aligning efforts with international teams in Europe and Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate senior management teams to achieve strategic goals.
- Make investment and advisory decisions grounded in data analysis.
- Monitor financial health, oversee budgeting, and direct capital allocation.
- Ensure governance standards and risk management frameworks are strictly adhered to.
- Represent the company in high-profile meetings and maintain market visibility.
- Build and nurture a culture that champions integrity, collaboration, and high performance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team leadership.
- Proficient in administrative oversight and office management processes.
- Customer service expertise to uphold superior client advisory experiences.
- Strong financial acumen including accounting knowledge and budget management.
- Considerable leadership experience within financial services, real estate, or credit advisory sectors with a proven record of driving growth.
- Strategic thinker with robust decision-making and problem-solving skills, comfortable in multinational and multi-stakeholder settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline; MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is preferred.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Abuja and collaborate seamlessly with international partners.
