This role is tailored for individuals eager to make impactful contributions by coaching executives and steering companies toward realizing their full potential. The position operates remotely with occasional travel and focuses on the Research and Education sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner and mentor to CEOs, aiding them in overcoming business challenges and enhancing leadership skills.
• Deliver business coaching and advisory services to senior executive teams to boost performance, align strategic goals, and improve team dynamics.
• Manage and oversee high-impact projects, ensuring deadlines are met and obstacles are proactively addressed.
• Support partnership companies in strategic planning, daily operational activities, and investor communications aimed at global expansion.
• Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and external parties, facilitating seamless communication and implementation of vital initiatives.
• Lead cross-departmental projects focused on streamlining business processes and improving operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced CEO or business leader with a strong inclination toward coaching, leadership advancement, and strategic operations management.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in leadership, operational roles, or project management.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and fostering organizational growth.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with diverse groups and to encourage collaboration.
• Holds at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Leadership, or a similar discipline; an MBA is considered advantageous.
• Strategically minded with a robust understanding of business, capable of turning vision into practical actions.
