Role overview
This is a remote leadership position with occasional travel, suited to professionals who can combine executive-level thinking with coaching. The company partners with a fast-growing global business coaching organization and is looking for an accomplished CEO or senior business leader to support high-growth businesses, their leaders, and strategic partnerships. The position is especially aligned with the research and education space.
What you will do
- Work closely with CEOs as a strategic sounding board and coach, helping them handle complex business issues and strengthen their leadership approach.
- Guide senior leaders on business coaching, performance improvement, strategic alignment, and better collaboration across teams.
- Take ownership of important initiatives and keep them moving by tracking milestones, resolving blockers, and applying forward-looking judgment.
- Assist partner companies with strategy development, day-to-day operations, and investor-facing activities that support international growth.
- Bridge communication between executive teams and outside stakeholders so priorities are understood and execution stays on track.
- Drive cross-functional programs and strategic projects that improve efficiency, simplify operations, and support scale.
