About the Resort

Jayasom Wellness Resort at Triple Bay, AMAALA is planned as a distinctive wellness destination opening in 2025, created in partnership with Red Sea Global (RSG). It is envisioned as an immersive retreat for adults, families, and private residents who value healing, conscious living, and meaningful connection.

The resort is built around purpose-led hospitality with a strong focus on holistic health, integrative medicine, and thoughtful care. Guest experiences will combine western science with complementary therapies, including physiotherapy, fitness, nutrition, spa treatments, mindful recreation, and traditional healing approaches.

The organization is seeking a pioneering team of professionals who are passionate about wellness, human potential, and shaping the future of living.

Role Purpose

This position supports the Director of Finance in turning Jayasom Amaala’s strategy into practical programs, policies, and operating structures. The role also assists with the finance function for the resort, including budget preparation, financial reporting, and business planning.

The Chief Accountant will help review and maintain records related to assets, liabilities, profits and losses, tax obligations, and other financial matters. The role also contributes to the creation and rollout of financial processes and procedures, ensuring alignment with company standards and local legal requirements.

In addition, the role serves as an ambassador of the company’s wellness and sustainability culture by promoting healthy, balanced, and values-driven behavior across the team.

General Responsibilities

The role requires conducting all finance-related activities honestly, ethically, and in line with local regulations.

It includes attending internal meetings and helping explain operational and financial outcomes.

The position also calls for clear and timely communication across reporting lines, ensuring that relevant information reaches the right people when needed.

Team members should understand their responsibilities and the expectations placed on them, and the role supports that clarity.

Building constructive relationships with colleagues, corporate teams, and vendors is also a key part of the job.

The role contributes to a positive, collaborative workplace built on openness, trust, respect, professionalism, participation, and enjoyment.

Participation in meetings, committees, training sessions, and community-related activities at the property is expected.

The position focuses on helping the business achieve and exceed its targets while maintaining a practical, solution-oriented mindset.

Other reasonable duties may be assigned as needed.

People Management

The finance team must understand how its work contributes to the success of the department, the property, Jayasom, and the broader guest and community experience.

The role requires leading by example and demonstrating the behaviors expected of the team.

A supportive environment should be maintained so team members can ask questions, seek feedback, share viewpoints, and discuss challenges without fear.

The job calls for empathetic leadership and a genuine effort to understand team members’ thoughts, feelings, and perspectives.

Responsibilities must be delegated clearly so team members can take ownership and remain accountable for daily tasks, projects, and goals within service standards and timelines.

Team members should fully understand their own role, the expectations of the company, and how other roles fit together so they know where to seek help.

The role also encourages participation in learning programs, committees, seminars, webinars, community activities, meetings, and surveys.

Successes should be recognized, and regular feedback discussions should be held to monitor performance, progress, and team wellbeing.

Teamwork should be strengthened within the department and across the property, while supporting excellent and personalized guest service.
