Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Cluster Director of Finance to spearhead financial operations across multiple properties in the Riyadh region of Saudi Arabia. This critical leadership position involves managing all finance-related activities, spearheading strategic financial planning, and assuring excellent fiscal performance. The successful candidate will possess refined financial expertise, decisive leadership qualities, and a commitment towards business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all cluster-wide financial and accounting operations ensuring precision, regulatory adherence, and efficiency.
• Design, implement, and supervise complete budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial plans aligned with company goals.
• Track and assess financial performance metrics to identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase revenues.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team by promoting a culture focused on excellence and ongoing improvement.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports and analyses for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with local laws, international accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Conduct risk evaluation and implement measures to mitigate financial operational risks.
• Work closely with operations leaders to provide financial insights that inform business decision-making.
• Enhance financial processes and systems for improved operational productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate financial results clearly internally and externally.

Required Qualifications

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in financial management with a minimum of 5 years in a senior executive role.
• Experience managing financial operations across multiple sites or locations.
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and financial analysis.
• Deep understanding of financial reporting standards, accounting principles, and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and financial management software systems.
• Strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage finance teams effectively.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation capabilities.
• Experience driving cost optimization and improving operational efficiency.
• Preferred knowledge of Saudi Arabian business practices and regional financial norms.
• Preferred familiarity with international financial standards and cluster organizational structures.
