Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy addressing organizational impacts.
- Create, advance, and continuously update plans to facilitate change adoption company-wide.
- Coach and guide the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to effectively lead through change in a multinational context.
- Assess organizational readiness, awareness, and willingness to embrace change.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with critical stakeholders throughout the transformation process.
- Define success criteria for change initiatives and measure their impact across different business units.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess over ten years of experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives, particularly within the financial services sector. They should be adept at applying structured change management processes, demonstrate a hands-on approach, and have a deep understanding of how change affects employee experience. The role demands the ability to engage executives and employees alike, illustrate best practices and tangible value addition, and deliver improvements in client experience, organizational design, target operating models, scalability, and adoption through coaching and training.
