About the Role
Health Here is looking for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering expert anesthesia care and closely monitoring patients throughout surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia and continuously observe patients during surgeries
- Evaluate patient's medical history to formulate appropriate anesthesia plans
- Provide educational guidance and care before and after surgeries
- Work collaboratively with surgeons and medical staff to maintain patient safety throughout care
- Perform anesthesia with accuracy and attentiveness
- Monitor vital signs and adjust anesthesia administration accordingly
- Uphold rigorous safety standards and protocol compliance
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
- Comprehensive understanding of anesthetic methods and critical patient monitoring
- Superior clinical decision-making and communication abilities
