Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical assistance during surgical procedures and product launches.
- Design and conduct medical education programs for healthcare professionals.
- Support ongoing training efforts of newly hired clinical staff.
- Review standard operating procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and activities using Salesforce software.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum four years of experience within the healthcare sector.
- Preferably three to five years experience supporting surgical interventions involving implantable hearing technologies.
- Strong communication skills paired with technical and intraoperative knowledge.
- Ability to solve complex problems and convey intricate information effectively.
