Role Overview

This is an opportunity for a seasoned leader who enjoys coaching senior executives and helping organizations achieve meaningful transformation. The role focuses on supporting VP-level and C-suite leaders through a proven coaching approach that combines practical guidance, candid feedback, and strategies aimed at stronger leadership and better business outcomes.

The position is fully remote within Germany, and only candidates who are currently based in Germany will be considered. The expected start date is within 60 days.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior leaders to sharpen decision-making and strengthen leadership performance.
• Conduct structured coaching conversations tailored to each executive’s goals, challenges, and development needs.
• Help identify opportunities for business growth and support leaders in tackling complex organizational problems.
• Draw on your own leadership background to provide practical insight, perspective, and high-impact feedback.

What We’re Looking For

• Deep leadership experience, including at least 20 years in the industry and more than 10 years in managerial roles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, motivate, and inspire senior professionals.
• A strong business mindset with a solid grasp of strategy, market dynamics, and leadership principles.
