The role focuses on partnering with business owners, CEOs, and executive teams of high-potential organizations to accelerate growth and enhance operational excellence through leadership coaching and strategic guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with CEOs, acting as a strategic advisor to navigate complex business challenges and enhance leadership capabilities.
- Deliver executive coaching to senior leaders to boost performance, align strategic objectives, and improve team dynamics.
- Manage critical projects by ensuring timely completion and proactively resolving issues using strategic foresight.
- Assist partnered companies with strategic planning, operational execution, and investor relations to support global expansion.
- Serve as an intermediary between executive leadership and external parties to facilitate clear communication and successful execution of initiatives.
- Drive cross-departmental projects focused on operational streamlining and increased organizational efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced CEO or senior business leader with a strong commitment to coaching, leadership growth, and operational strategy.
- Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience encompassing operations or project management roles.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and fostering business growth.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse teams and promote collaboration.
- Possesses at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Leadership, or a related discipline; MBA qualification considered advantageous.
