Role Overview

A trusted senior people, culture, and talent coach is sought by a private client represented by FitPoint Talent Solutions to collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership teams in dynamic, growing organizations. This strategic role aims to enhance company culture, expand leadership capabilities, and advance talent performance across partner companies.

In scaling businesses, there is often a need for better alignment between culture, leadership, talent strategy, and daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist leadership groups in creating high-performing, diverse, and sustainable workplaces that enhance employee engagement, talent growth, and organizational efficacy.

Candidate Profile

Experience in senior-level human resources, talent management, organizational development, or people strategy roles is essential. Proven success in advising leadership on culture enhancement, talent attraction and development, and supporting business growth is required. This position demands credible executive coaching skills as well as practical knowledge in talent oversight, succession mapping, engagement drives, and organizational structure design.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to foster positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace cultures across partner organizations.
  • Carry out culture evaluations and provide leadership coaching to deliver actionable plans that boost engagement and cultural alignment.
  • Assist in high-level talent acquisition strategies and guide recruitment processes effectively.
  • Supervise and advise onboarding programs to ensure new employees integrate seamlessly into company culture.
  • Provide leadership coaching focused on talent growth, performance evaluation, and career advancement.
  • Drive succession planning to identify and cultivate future leaders.
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives and strengthen internal communications to enhance collaboration and morale.
  • Coach executives and teams in leadership development, team dynamics, and employee growth.
  • Partner with senior leaders on organizational design and resource planning aligned with business objectives.
  • Facilitate team-building sessions and cross-department collaboration efforts that elevate productivity.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field is required; master’s degree preferred.
  • Extensive leadership experience in HR, talent management, organizational development, or related people-focused roles.
  • Proven expertise coaching and mentoring executives, particularly in high-growth or transitional businesses.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of culture building, employee engagement, and talent strategies.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Eligible to work remotely in the United States, with occasional travel as necessary.
