Position Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Recruiter to assist with recruitment operations, caregiver onboarding, and general administrative functions within our expanding home care business. This role involves collaborating closely with the business owner to streamline processes and reduce their workload, allowing them to focus on expanding client services.
Primary Duties
- Manage the complete caregiver recruitment lifecycle including applicant screening, scheduling interviews, and organizing orientations and training sessions.
- Handle the onboarding process by processing documents via ADP Workforce such as electronic I-9 forms and distribution of employee handbooks.
- Monitor and ensure that caregivers complete mandatory state training programs utilizing platforms like Active Insights.
- Respond to inbound calls during busy periods, manage voicemails, and address lead inquiries.
- Support client intake calls and coordinate with referral sources.
- Perform various administrative tasks including scheduling and data entry.
- Use software systems such as WellSky or Axiscare to improve workflow efficiency; training will be provided.
- Work alongside the owner to develop and optimize organizational procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational talent and excellent time management.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, email communication, and cloud services like Google Drive.
- A forward-thinking and proactive approach to anticipate needs and challenges.
- Demonstrated experience with recruitment, particularly in healthcare or home care staffing environments.
- Effective interpersonal skills to establish rapport with both candidates and team members.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing tasks autonomously within a fast-paced setting.
- Comfortable utilizing recruitment and CRM tools.
- A positive attitude combined with a sense of humor and a genuine passion for helping others.
