About the Role
Join our exciting cabin crew recruitment event in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As an airline representative, you will maintain a positive brand image and foster long-term customer loyalty by enhancing travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrive punctually with appropriate grooming, physical fitness, and valid certifications for assigned flights; participate in briefings covering flight specifics, role allocation, and security procedures.
- Guide passengers on safety protocols ensuring their wellbeing throughout the journey.
- Spot and communicate safety and security risks, collaborating with supervisors to implement corrective measures following standard procedures.
- Administer first aid when needed and relay any abnormalities promptly to the relevant flight staff.
- Welcome passengers, aid with boarding, and accurately log required flight documentation per airline and regulatory guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional service by attending to passengers' pre-booked requests and immediate needs, aiding those under stress with empathy and professionalism.
- Promote onboard sales including meals and charitable causes to meet individual and group targets, managing cash and card transactions securely.
- Perform thorough pre-flight inspections of supplies, safety and catering equipment, reporting shortages or issues to supervisors.
- Support cabin cleanliness and restocking efforts during layovers, ensuring seamless handover to catering and cleaning teams.
- Complete post-flight assessments and prepare detailed reports reflecting flight conduct, operational discrepancies, and sales closures.
- Lead cabin supervision duties as delegated and participate actively in training to maintain professional and safety competencies.
Candidate Requirements
- Age limits: 20–29 years for fresh candidates; up to 33 years for those with prior experience.
- Height requirements: minimum 160 cm for females and 170 cm for males; weight proportionate to age and height.
- Clear, unmarked skin without visible tattoos when in uniform.
- Medically and physically fit to perform all cabin crew responsibilities, including swimming ability with flotation aid.
- Educational background: minimum Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; travel or tourism diplomas are advantageous.
- Additional training in first aid and emergency procedures valued.
- Strong health with no chronic illnesses or severe medical conditions.
- Professional and pleasant demeanor, maintaining composure under pressure.
- Customer-focused attitude with effective handling of challenging situations without damaging corporate reputation.
- Self-driven, initiative-taking, and a supportive team player.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English required; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Fresh graduates encouraged; previous cabin crew or relevant hospitality/customer service experience is a plus.
- Possession of an active cabin crew license is advantageous.
- Willingness to work shifts and extended hours; adaptable to varying schedules and busy work environments.
- Ability to meet and exceed company policies, procedures, and key performance indicators.
