About the Recruitment Drive
We are hosting a recruitment event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, inviting candidates to join our team as cabin crew for the Dammam hub. Details such as venue and timing will be announced a few days before the event. This opportunity allows you to work as part of a dynamic airline team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring passenger safety.
Job Purpose
The cabin crew serve as representatives of the airline, aiming to build customer loyalty and enhance the company image through outstanding passenger experience. They ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the entire flight and maintain high standards aligned with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend timely briefings and ensure readiness including appropriate grooming, fitness, and legal compliance for each flight.
- Communicate and enforce safety procedures to passengers, ensuring compliance for their well-being.
- Identify safety and security risks and assist the Cabin Supervisor in implementing corrective actions according to SOPs.
- Provide first aid assistance when needed during flights.
- Report any irregularities or equipment malfunctions promptly to supervisors and flight crew.
- Welcome passengers onboard, assist with boarding procedures, and log entries as per airline and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver personalized customer service, catering to special needs and requests while managing passenger stress empathetically.
- Promote onboard sales and the airline’s charity program to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Manage cash and credit payments securely for on-board transactions and donations.
- Conduct pre-flight checks of emergency, catering, and other equipment ensuring full aircraft readiness.
- Assist with cabin cleanliness, restocking, and product availability during transit stops.
- Ensure smooth handover to and from cleaning, catering, and maintenance teams.
- Complete post-flight reports and assessments, including feedback on supervisors and flight issues.
- Uphold professional knowledge by participating in training sessions and maintaining valid certifications.
- Support team goals by fulfilling assigned KPIs and sales objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum diploma or secondary school certificate; background in travel or tourism is advantageous.
- First Aid and emergency procedure training is beneficial.
- Physically fit with no serious health issues, able to meet fitness to fly requirements.
- Presentable appearance with a positive, approachable demeanor in stressful situations.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to handle challenging scenarios effectively.
- Capable of identifying and managing emergencies with attention and dedication.
- Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative team player.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Good proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
Experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in cabin crew roles or customer service within airlines, aviation, or hospitality sectors is valued.
- Holding a current cabin crew license is considered an advantage.
- Ability to work shifts and extended hours, adapting to a dynamic schedule.
- Flexible and adaptive to change with demonstrated ability to meet company policies and performance indicators.
