Initially focusing on highly regulated sectors such as banking and insurance, the company has secured significant contracts in government and defense, and is now expanding into logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and construction sectors. The platform offers robust governance and reliability for AI agents operating across key business workflows.

Role Overview

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the success of US-based clients throughout the entire customer journey, starting even before contract signing. This role involves enabling, supporting, and providing guidance to client teams, ensuring they meet executive strategic objectives. Daily activities include managing platform adoption, leading implementation projects until go-live, and demonstrating measurable business value to secure long-term engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer progress against the implementation roadmap from contract signing through activation and ongoing support.
  • Identify and resolve any blockers or issues faced by the client team during deployment.
  • Collaborate with the product team to address platform bugs or limitations.
  • Gain comprehensive understanding of client challenges and articulate how the platform addresses those issues.
  • Manage accounts as a trusted advisor, integrating deeply with client workflows as an extension of their team.
  • Work closely with sales to pinpoint renewal and upsell possibilities, increasing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Monthly Recurring Revenue (DMR).
  • Prioritize client needs and build strong, long-lasting relationships.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of three years in a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar client-facing capacity.
  • Proven experience in leading implementation projects and strong project management capability.
  • Commercial acumen in customer success, able to lead conversations about renewals and expanding accounts.
  • Analytical thinker with solid problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, including presentations.
  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate international teams and US client time zones, which may include early starts.

Employee Benefits and Opportunities

  • Be part of an early-stage product company with direct influence on business and product development.
  • Collaborate directly with technology and business leaders across European and American sectors.
  • Opportunity to contribute to team building and company culture growth.
  • Potential to receive an equity package in the company.
  • Health Care Plan including Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.
  • Retirement Savings Plan options (401k, IRA).
  • Paid time off covering vacation, sick leave, and public holidays.
  • Access to training and professional development resources.
