Role overview
Ryanair Group is inviting motivated candidates to learn more about a cabin crew career at a special information day in Ulm on 9 July 2026. The event is intended to provide a realistic introduction to the role and to meet people who are enthusiastic about joining the cabin crew team. No prior cabin crew experience is needed; strong energy, teamwork and a service mindset are what matter most.
Event details
The information day will take place in Ulm, with the venue to be announced shortly. The schedule begins at 10:30 sharp and finishes at 14:00. A company presentation will open the session, and from 11:00 onward the recruiter will be available to conduct interviews.
Walk-in information
Walk-ins are permitted, provided candidates meet the eligibility conditions and have an unrestricted right to live, work and travel within the EU.

Training and career path
Successful candidates will begin with a 6-week training programme covering the essential knowledge and skills needed for a cabin crew role, including safe and high-quality customer service delivery. During training, assessments will be held at regular intervals. The programme concludes with supernumerary flights and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.
The role offers a wide range of progression opportunities within the inflight team, including advancement to Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and even Director of Inflight.
Working pattern and job demands
This position is both rewarding and demanding, with safety as the top priority. Crew members will work early and late shifts, with early duties starting as early as 5:00 am and late duties sometimes ending at midnight. Candidates should be comfortable with a rostered schedule and the realities of early starts and late finishes.

Requirements
Candidates should meet the following criteria: unrestricted rights to live and work in the EU, and the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network; approximate height between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm); ability to swim 25 metres unaided; a hardworking, flexible and friendly personality; comfort with shift-based working; confidence in dealing with the public and delivering excellent customer service; ease in speaking and writing English; and a genuine interest in travel and meeting new people.
