Information Day Details
An information day for cabin crew will take place in Ulm on 9 July 2026. The session is intended to give candidates a realistic look at the cabin crew role and to connect with people who are ready to move forward. The day begins with a company presentation, and interviews with a recruiter will be available from 11:00.
Time: 10:30 sharp to 14:00
Location: Venue to be confirmed
Walk-ins are welcome, provided applicants meet the eligibility requirements and have unrestricted permission to live, work, and travel within the EU.
Role Snapshot
The airline is hiring the next wave of cabin crew members to join across its operational bases during the autumn and winter period. The role combines safety duties, customer care, and in-flight service, while also offering the chance to build a long-term career within a large international airline group.
Training and Career Growth
Successful candidates will begin with a six-week cabin crew training programme. The course covers the core skills needed for day-to-day work, with regular exams throughout. Training concludes with supernumerary flights, after which qualified crew receive their cabin crew wings.
Career progression can include advancement to Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and even roles at director level within inflight operations.
Working Pattern and Conditions
This is a demanding role where safety comes first at all times. Crew members must be prepared for both early and late shifts, with early duties starting as early as 5:00 am and late rosters sometimes finishing at midnight. A fixed five-days-on, three-days-off roster pattern applies. Applicants who dislike early starts should consider this carefully.
