Information Day Details
An in-person Cabin Crew Information Day will take place in Nuremberg on 10 July 2026. The event is intended to give attendees a clear picture of life in cabin crew and to meet candidates who are ready to take the next step. The session begins with a company presentation, after which interviews will be available from 12:00.
Schedule: start at 10:30 sharp and finish at 14:00.
Venue: to be confirmed.
Walk-ins are accepted, provided applicants meet the eligibility criteria and have unrestricted permission to live, work, and travel within the EU.
Role Overview
Ryanair Group is recruiting the next wave of cabin crew for autumn and winter placements across more than 90 operational bases. With over 600,000 guests flown daily on more than 3,600 flights, the role offers a fast-paced aviation environment with significant growth opportunities.
Training and Career Path
Successful candidates will begin with a 6-week training course covering the core knowledge and practical skills needed to provide safe, high-quality onboard service. Training includes regular exams, followed by supernumerary flights and then the award of Cabin Crew Wings.
The role offers long-term career progression, with opportunities to advance into positions such as Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even Director of Inflight.
Working Pattern
This is a demanding role where safety comes first. Crew members must be prepared for both early and late duty patterns, with early shifts starting as early as 5:00 am and late shifts sometimes ending around midnight. A fixed 5 days on / 3 days off roster applies.

Requirements
- Applicants must have the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and to move freely within the Ryanair network
- Height should be approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm)
- Candidates must be able to swim 25 metres without assistance
- A hardworking, adaptable, flexible, and outgoing personality is preferred
- Applicants should be comfortable working on a rostered shift pattern
- Good customer-facing skills and a strong service mindset are essential
- English must be spoken and written confidently
- A genuine interest in travel and meeting new people is important
