Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for specialized marketing roles, encompassing strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, offer negotiation, and onboarding facilitation.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to establish effective search parameters, identify ideal candidate profiles, provide market insights, and facilitate informed hiring outcomes.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing plans to attract premier marketing professionals from sectors like technology, fintech, cybersecurity, and financial services.
- Construct comprehensive talent maps highlighting competitor firms, top-performing groups, agency networks, and referral pipelines.
- Ensure a superior candidate journey by maintaining consistent communication and alignment with corporate values and expectations.
- Analyze recruitment data—such as pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and market trends—to enhance sourcing tactics and optimize hiring success.
- Streamline recruitment operations by managing structured feedback cycles, facilitating clear candidate assessments, and promoting timely hiring decisions.
- Continuously refine recruitment methodologies, including intake procedures, evaluation frameworks, sourcing innovations, and offer management.
- Work collaboratively with People, Talent Brand, and go-to-market teams to align recruitment efforts with long-term growth and employer branding goals.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- At least five years of recruiting experience with proven success hiring for marketing roles in high-growth technology companies.
- Expertise in recruiting specialized marketing roles such as talent branding, communications, demand generation, marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, and product marketing.
- Strong proficiency in recruiting practices including market mapping, talent intelligence, outreach to passive candidates, candidate evaluation, and deal closure.
- Capacity to quickly grasp complex marketing functions and translate these into effective recruitment strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data, detect patterns, and provide actionable advice.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement, building trust, influencing senior leaders, and serving as a strategic recruitment consultant.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, capable of clearly presenting market trends, candidate evaluations, and hiring proposals.
- High degree of ownership, adaptability, and sound judgment while managing ambiguous and crucial searches.
- Balancing speed in hiring without compromising on quality or talent standards.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and modern technologies to enhance workflow efficiency, decision-making quality, and productivity is highly regarded.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range estimated between $153,000 and $161,000 USD annually, with exact compensation dependent on skill set, experience, qualifications, and location.
