Your role involves deep knowledge of Apple products, services, and insights into Small Medium Business (SMB) sectors and market trends locally.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage business customers by demonstrating Apple technology and third-party solutions that can enhance their operations and provide value to their clients and employees.
- Proactively deliver outstanding customer service by understanding business needs, uncovering ownership opportunities, recommending and educating customers on product options and purchasing methods.
- Act as the primary expert on business solutions, guiding and mentoring the retail team concerning business customer requirements and solution offerings.
- Participate in business presentations, workshops, and events, identifying and suggesting tailored offerings to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to smoothly transition accounts according to engagement strategies, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Manage account performance by strategizing, forecasting, pipeline development, and opportunity management using CRM and other relevant tools.
- Maintain complete understanding and compliance with all Retail Business programs, policies, and procedures.
- Contribute to a respectful and inclusive workplace by valuing diversity and seeking to learn from different perspectives.

Qualifications and Experience
- Must be willing to work schedules that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays as needed, adhering to local laws and accommodations.
- Possess previous retail or sales experience or related professional background.
- Have extensive hands-on experience with business solutions involving Apple products and services.
- Proficient in the local language in both written and verbal communication; sign language skills are supportive.
- Preferred qualifications include proven success in technology or business solutions sales.
- Effective communication tailored to various audiences.
- Ability to perform decisively in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders, including business owners and executives.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and respond swiftly to customer needs.
- Strong skills in learning, negotiation, interpersonal relations, and service excellence.
- Advanced knowledge of Apple technology adoption, business transformation, SMB sector awareness, and market trends.
- Capability to quickly learn and operate new systems and tools.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly base pay for this role ranges from 32 to 44 USD per hour, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additional compensation elements may include discretionary bonuses, commissions, and relocation support.
