About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Management Consulting professional to participate in advanced AI research and evaluation projects remotely. This role requires applying consulting expertise to assess AI systems' real-world consulting performance rather than delivering traditional consulting products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear, task-specific evaluation criteria for consulting deliverables such as market analyses, strategic recommendations, financial models, client-ready presentations, and implementation roadmaps.
• Assess and score consulting work samples created by AI systems and humans against these criteria.
• Compose comprehensive written explanations justifying the scores assigned.
• Employ consistent, evidence-based judgment to guarantee that evaluations are reproducible and well-defended.
• Evaluate deliverables for analytical depth, strategic insight, accuracy, organizational structure, and readiness for clients.
• Incorporate feedback from senior reviewers and enhance evaluation quality accordingly.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in professional management consulting.
• Background in premier strategy or management consulting firms such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or comparable organizations.
• Advanced skills in structured problem-solving methodologies, market sizing, financial modeling, business case development, and communication at the executive level.
• Strong capability to critically evaluate strategic recommendations, quantitative analyses, and client presentations.
• Excellent written communication to articulate clearly the strengths or shortcomings of deliverables according to consulting standards.
• High attention to detail, rigorous analytical mindset, and consistent use of professional judgment.
• Ability to accept constructive feedback and calibrate evaluations against established benchmarks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience reviewing or assessing consulting work products.
• Experience mentoring consultants or reviewing deliverables at the analyst and associate levels.
• Familiarity with AI training, model evaluation processes, or human-data coordination.
• Exposure to multiple industries, business functions, or strategic problem domains.

Compensation and Terms

• Competitive hourly rate ranging from $150 to $220.
• Weekly payments.
• Engagement as an independent contractor on an hourly contract basis.
