Join Monee as a Business Management Associate to accelerate the credit business growth in Thailand through strategic initiatives and product enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to expand Monee's credit operations and enhance product offerings in the Thai market.
- Analyze data related to customers, market trends, and business performance to uncover growth prospects and aid in strategic planning.
- Conduct detailed studies of the market and competitors to improve product positioning and business outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Risk, Operations, and Partnerships to implement business strategies.
- Track critical performance indicators, identify gaps, and suggest practical improvements.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, engineering, or related disciplines.
- Preferably has prior experience in Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, Analytics, Marketing, FinTech, Product Management, or Banking sectors.
- Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
- Exhibits excellent communication skills and proficiency in managing stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in growth strategies, digital product management, marketing analytics, or financial services is advantageous.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL is beneficial.
- Self-motivated, inquisitive, and ready to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
