Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, engineering, or related disciplines.
• Preferably has prior experience in Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, Analytics, Marketing, FinTech, Product Management, or Banking sectors.
• Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
• Exhibits excellent communication skills and proficiency in managing stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in growth strategies, digital product management, marketing analytics, or financial services is advantageous.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL is beneficial.
