Job Overview

Are you passionate about combining retail, digital innovation, storytelling, creative strategy, and commerce? We are looking for a Business Lead to drive and manage relationships with retail and digital partners, overseeing ongoing projects in both physical and digital retail channels, including third-party partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead digital campaign creative strategy and execution collaborating with the LEGO Agency design, project, and production teams.
  • Coordinate communication across various projects to ensure timely delivery, uphold creative quality, and maintain strong audience engagement.
  • Support LEGO Retail Marketing in achieving commercial objectives.
  • Monitor campaign timelines, scope, deliverables, budgets, and task dependencies.
  • Identify potential risks and ensure effective communication to manage expectations.
  • Foster excellent relationship management and demonstrate flexibility in solving creative challenges.
  • Deliver high-quality outputs with a strong passion for digital marketing and advertising.
  • Prepare comprehensive handovers for multiple projects to support successful production completion.

About OLA Commerce

Our LEGO Agency has recently launched OLA Commerce, a dedicated creative unit focused on enhancing LEGO's digital and commerce experiences, including eCommerce, retail, loyalty programs, and owned platforms. This role supports the team in ensuring consistent digital operational success.

Candidate Profile

  • Extensive experience in account management with emphasis on digital or integrated omnichannel campaigns.
  • Background in creative, brand, or shopper marketing, especially within retail or commerce sectors.
  • Proven leadership in managing complex creative campaigns and coordinating diverse teams.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, providing clarity and energetic perspectives.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, and establish new organizational methods.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects in an international, fast-paced environment.
  • A positive outlook focused on opportunity recognition and constructive problem-solving.

Additional Role Information

  • Position level: Manager (no direct people management responsibilities).
  • Location: 1001 Boylston St, Boston, MA.
  • Work model: Hybrid with an average of 3 days per week onsite to accommodate flexible working.
  • No relocation assistance will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $107,885 to $161,827 annually, calibrated based on experience, location, skills, and other factors.
