Overview
Plastmac Company is seeking a dedicated full-time Social Media Specialist to begin immediately at our Sevenig location in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. This role involves managing social media platforms, running campaigns, and contributing to the company's digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution and management of social media advertising campaigns across platforms including Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter.
- Oversee social media accounts by creating, posting content, and engaging with followers to build a strong online community.
- Generate or source appealing content aimed at enhancing follower engagement and growth.
- Conduct market research to gather insights for business development and new ideas.
- Set up and administer Facebook Ads and other social media promotional activities.
- Develop and apply social media strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Keep abreast with the latest technology trends, design tools, and applications relevant to social media management.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient with multiple social media platforms and their management.
- Strong research acumen.
- Ability to create engaging social media content utilizing tools like Canva or similar graphic design software.
- Creative, witty, and enjoys crafting innovative content.
- Excellent attention to visual aesthetics and detail orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure with flexibility and meticulousness.
- Technologically savvy, creative, and capable of critical thinking and problem solving.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Willingness to work graveyard shifts.

- Eligibility to work legally in the USA and currently residing there.
Technical Requirements
- USB headset featuring noise cancellation capability.
- Functional webcam for communication.
- Primary and backup computers with at least 1.8 GHz processors and minimum 4GB RAM.
- Primary internet connection with minimum 25 Mbps wired speed.
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps speed.
