Job Overview
This role involves planning, executing, and managing improvements in operational processes along with ensuring high-quality standards. The executive will actively track, document, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) while addressing quality concerns per company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead enhancements in operations processes and deliverables.
- Track, document, and report operational KPIs to support continuous improvement.
- Analyze and resolve quality-related issues following organizational standard operating procedures.
- Monitor and manage risk procedures, maintain problem logs, and communicate significant issues to management and product development teams.
- Deliver training and support to operations staff covering systems, company policies, procedures, and essential workflows.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or related field preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, especially in database management.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Certifications like Six Sigma, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) considered advantageous.
- Impeccable attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high accuracy and quality standards.
- Hands-on approach to understanding business and industry dynamics to foster meaningful data insights.
