About the Team
The Regional Talent Management team is charged with strategically overseeing and developing human capital across various countries within the organisation. Their efforts are pivotal in identifying, attracting, and nurturing high-calibre talent to align with the company's strategic objectives.
Role Overview
- Assist senior leadership in succession planning by recognizing, cultivating, and preparing high-potential and top-performing employees for leadership roles to ensure a robust future leadership pipeline.
- Examine talent-related data and metrics to assess organisational talent health and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
- Deploy talent strategies, frameworks, and solutions that align with business needs and promote effective talent outcomes across the region.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders and key stakeholders throughout the region to implement essential talent management activities such as talent reviews, performance management, and leadership development aimed at fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee strategic talent programs that deliver measurable business value region-wide.
- Engage and work with stakeholders to steer complex initiatives and provide top-tier talent programmes.
- Conduct research and data analysis to gain insights, assess the success of programs, and formulate recommendations supporting organisation-wide talent efforts.
- Coordinate and standardize talent management best practices across multiple countries within the designated region.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline; a Master's degree is an advantage though not mandatory.
- At least two years of full-time experience in Human Resources or management consulting, specialising in one or more areas such as Talent Development, Talent Strategy, Performance & Rewards, or Employee Engagement.
- Previous experience in a regional capacity or project management role is considered beneficial.
- Detail-focused, well-organised, with the capability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong analytical, project management, and execution abilities.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with proficient stakeholder management.
- Self-motivated and ready to take full ownership to ensure task completion.
- Positive team contributor with the adaptability to flourish in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fast learner with superior planning, time management, and organisational proficiencies, capable of meeting stringent deadlines.
