This opening sits within the Business Systems & Operations team and is a fully remote position.

Role overview

The ideal candidate is energized by understanding how different parts of the business work together: how revenue is generated, how customers are served, how operations run, and how money is made. The role is centered on turning data into clear, consistent, cross-functional insight, with AI used to speed up analysis and sharpen the way metrics are interpreted.

You will work across multiple functions, helping leaders apply shared commercial and operational definitions, and bringing together data from different systems to show the full story behind performance.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to understand the decisions they need to make.
  • Use data from commercial, finance, and operational systems to build insights that bridge different views of the business.
  • Apply AI to accelerate analysis from days to hours and to maintain consistency in how key metrics are framed across teams.
  • Translate numbers into clear narratives tailored to the audience, whether commercial, financial, or operational.
  • Develop concise summaries and reusable insight outputs so teams can answer follow-up questions more independently.
  • Test AI-supported insight processes, prompt approaches, evaluation methods, and simple automations, then share effective practices with the wider team.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in an analyst, insights, strategy, or consulting role with exposure to more than one business function.
  • Working fluency in at least two of the following areas: commercial metrics such as revenue, retention, and go-to-market; financial topics such as P&L, unit economics, and FP&A; or operational topics such as throughput, fulfilment, and cycle time.
  • A strong AI-first working approach, with regular use of LLMs as part of your thinking and problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for a CRO, CFO, or Head of Operations.
  • Comfort using spreadsheets and reporting tools; SQL knowledge is helpful but not essential.
  • B2B SaaS experience is preferred.
  • Exposure to NetSuite, Salesforce, or the corporate gifting and direct mail space is an advantage.
  • Some experience with experiment design, attribution, pricing, or operational throughput modelling is also beneficial.
