Role Overview

Reachdesk is hiring a Business Insights Analyst to join the Business Systems & Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting the commercial side of the business with customer delivery, operations, and financial performance, and who wants to use AI to speed up and sharpen analysis.

You will work across the business, drawing on data and reporting from different systems to help leaders use consistent definitions when reviewing performance. The goal is to build a more complete picture of the company than any single function could create on its own.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to understand what each team needs to decide.
  • Use data from commercial, finance, and operational systems to generate insights that bring together multiple views of the business.
  • Apply AI to reduce the time needed for analysis and to keep metric definitions aligned across teams.
  • Translate data into a clear narrative that fits the audience, whether the discussion is commercial, financial, or operational.
  • Build concise summaries and reusable insight outputs so teams can continue exploring follow-up questions independently.
  • Test AI-supported analysis workflows, prompt approaches, evaluation methods, and simple automations, then share successful practices with the wider team.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in an analyst, insights, strategy, or consulting role with exposure to more than one business function.
  • Working knowledge of at least two of these areas: commercial metrics such as revenue, retention, and go-to-market; financial concepts such as P&L, unit economics, and FP&A; operational metrics such as throughput, fulfilment, and cycle time.
  • A strong AI-first way of working, with regular use of large language models as part of your thinking process and a willingness to keep improving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for senior leaders such as a CRO, CFO, or Head of Operations.
  • Comfort using spreadsheets and reporting tools; SQL knowledge is helpful but not mandatory.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, or the corporate gifting/direct mail industry is an advantage.
  • Some exposure to experiment design, attribution, pricing, or operational throughput modelling is desirable.
