Job description
About Us
Reachdesk is a leading global SaaS platform for gifting and swag, enabling B2B companies to foster meaningful connections with prospects, customers, and employees while demonstrating measurable ROI. We believe gifting is a powerful tool for building genuine human connections that drive business growth. Our platform simplifies the process of delivering personalized gifts, branded merchandise, and unique event experiences at scale, with automated sourcing, storage, and worldwide delivery. Trusted by prominent technology and SaaS companies, Reachdesk integrates seamlessly with marketing, sales, and HRIS systems and is backed by a talented team with offices in New York, London, and Lisbon.
The Role
We are seeking a Business Insights Analyst to join our Business Systems & Operations team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives on understanding the interplay between sales, customer service, operations, and financial performance, and who is eager to leverage AI to accelerate and clarify these connections. You will act as a central point of contact, synthesizing data and reporting from various business functions to help leaders interpret performance consistently and gain a holistic view of the company that individual departments cannot achieve alone.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to grasp their key decision-making needs.
- Utilize data from commercial, financial, and operational systems to generate insights that bridge different business perspectives.
- Employ AI to significantly reduce the time required for analysis and ensure consistency in key metric interpretation across all functions.
- Communicate complex data narratives effectively to diverse audiences, including commercial, financial, and operational stakeholders.
- Develop concise summaries and repeatable insight frameworks to empower teams to independently address follow-up questions.
- Experiment with AI-driven insight workflows, prompt engineering, evaluation methods, and automation, and disseminate successful strategies within the team.
About You
- Possess 2-4 years of experience in an analyst, insights, strategy, or consulting capacity, with exposure to multiple business functions.
- Demonstrate fluency in at least two of the following areas: commercial (revenue, retention, go-to-market), financial (P&L, unit economics, financial planning & analysis), or operational (throughput, fulfillment, cycle time).
- Exhibit an AI-native working style, actively using Large Language Models (LLMs) as a fundamental part of your thought process and eager to explore their potential further.
- Possess strong storytelling abilities, both written and verbal, with the capacity to tailor communication effectively for different leadership roles (e.g., CRO, CFO, Head of Operations).
- Be comfortable working with spreadsheets and reporting tools; working knowledge of SQL is beneficial but not mandatory.
Preferred Expertise
- Experience within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, or knowledge of the corporate gifting and direct mail sector.
- Some experience with experiment design, attribution modeling, pricing strategies, or operational throughput modeling.
Why Join Us
- Be part of a team that views AI as a practical leverage tool rather than just a trend.
- Gain a unique cross-functional perspective within the company, understanding how all departments interconnect.
- Work closely with a small, senior Business Systems & Operations team focused on high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.
The Benefits
- Competitive remuneration package including attractive stock options.
- Pension scheme with employer contributions (NEST).
- Comprehensive Private Medical Insurance, offering mental health support and rapid access to healthcare.
- Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) that grows with your tenure, plus additional flexibility for personal needs.
- A truly collaborative environment with innovative, engaging, and driven colleagues.
